Zombie Zackirya takes place in the hustle-n-bustle streets of South-Central L.A., where narcotics and living on the edge go hand in hand, as just another day and nothing out of the ordinary for the urban residents here. But when one a gritty, smart-mouth resident, known around the block as L.A.'s urban princess, Zoey Zackirya, finds herself sitting across the table with an undercover detective, she gets an ear full of an unbelievable reality and mystery that will ultimately change her entire life forever.

When what she expects to be a confrontation about her unlawful choices involving a life of drugs and crimes, her routine lifestyle quickly changes the moment Detective Tina Ford mentions one of the drug's symptoms. The same drugs her older brother, De'Lorean, lends her to supply to potential buyers. These drugs would not only induce inhumane side effects to make those who inject it feel alive again but would remarkably force the effects of a zombie mutation.

All seems like a far-fetched fairytale that's out of Zoey's jurisdiction until the detective reveals to her that the drug’s aftermath can only be reversed with the use of an immune blood type, ...Zoey's blood type. Now, the daunting choice to become the hero or watch the world burn may lie heavily upon Zoey’s shoulders.
